Mini Gardening Cupcakes

 

 Jane ordered this cute box of gardening mini cupcakes as a gift from her sons to her Mother in Law's 70th Birthday. They fondly refer to their Grandma as "Grandee" and she loved these mini cupcakes with sunflowers, pot plants, seeds and wheelbarrows.

Vintage Birdcage & Rose Cupcakes

 

I often have a list of cakes in my head that I want to try to make but I rarely have the time or the energy working full time and fulfilling cake orders. Today I tried a few...a Zoe Clark Bird cage and flower bunch cupcake and a subtle rose background rosebud cupcake. The bird cage is my favourite but took ages to make...not sure if I could offer those for sale as they would take me a lifetime to complete!

 



Beth's Vintage Birthday Cake

Here is a cake I made today for my lovely friend Beth to celebrate her Birthday. It is the first sugarpaste cake I've made completely unassisted...still lots of practice needed. Not a patch on the original design by Cotton and Crumbs but I feel pretty happy with today's efforts. Happy Birthday Beth!xx

Beautiful Vintage Cupcakes

 

 Here are some gorgeous cakes I made for Diane's tea party. Diane loved the cakes and sent me the following message:

Vintage Floral Cupcakes

 

 

  Here are some beautiful vintage cupcakes we made for Vicky. She wanted a selection of cakes with a vintage feel to give to one of her friends to celebrate her Birthday. We made these pretty blue, white and pink cakes topped with birds, bows, roses, flowers, chandeliers and bird cages. Did I tell you how much I LOVE vintage cakes. Oh yes, I did!

 

 

Green and Cream Wedding Cupcake Tower

 

Clare and Mark married last week in sunny Cyprus. They were also having a party for friends and family back in Manchester and wanted us to create something pretty with a flower/butterfly theme to match their sage green and cream colour scheme. We made them this tower of 100 cupcakes plus an ombre rose topcake. Clare sent us this feedback:

Vintage Birdcage Floral Cupcakes

Vintage cupcakes - I've wanted to try this style of cupcake for a while but never seem to get a minute. So what better excuse to have then to make some for my big sister's Birthday. They're not perfect, I need to work on them but I'm pretty pleased for my first attempt!

Lousie wanted a box of cupcakes for her Mum's birthday. We made her this lovely box with a "Happy Birthday" and "To a very Special Mum" banners and lots of flowers. Louise was thrilled with the cakes.

Claire wanted another box of 24 mini cupcake's for her friend's Birthday. We made her this pretty box of pink, silver and chocolate cupcakes with "Caitlin" spelt out, bows, flowers, a "Happy Birthday" banner, a 21, stars and hearts.

Sharon contacted us as her and the lovely Joe were having an engagement party. She loved the idea of having 2 extra special personalised cupcakes for her and Joe and lots of mini cupcakes for her guests.
