Last weekend we popped down to the Lowry Outlet Mall with a few dozen cupcakes. It was a great day - we hadn't had time to set up properly before were sold some cookie monster and lemon cupcakes (as you can see by these photos!) We will be there again this Sunday (21st Aug 12pm-4pm) demonstrating some icing techniques and there will be a chance for you to treat yourself to a cupcake...or two!
